I enjoy listening to music and going to festivals, travelling, food, spending time with friends and family.

I was awarded Care Chef of the Year at the 2017 National Care Awards

French trimmed rack of lamb with celeriac purée, roasted baby carrots and chimichurri sauce

Creating new and exciting dishes that our members may not have tried before

Culinary masterclasses

Lunch service – seeing the way our members and can come together for a meal

What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of our members

If you could take Members on a journey anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I would like to take our members to Italy as Italian food is one of my favourites.

What does good care mean to you?
Good care to me, means adapting to the individual needs of each member, no task is unreasonable if it means we are able to positively impact their lives in any way.
