How long have you worked at Loveday: Not long, however I fell in love with the Members and the team from day one and it feels like I have always been here.

Where do you live:
Winchmore Hill, North London.

Hobbies & interests:
I am a qualified Zumba instructor and dancing has been my hobby and passion since I was 6 years old.

Favourite part of London:
Notting Hill as I grew up in that area, I love the little streets with trendy places to eat and little shops around.

Favourite restaurant (in London):
Queens of Mayfair for breakfast, Roka in Charlotte Street for lunch and Coya in Mayfair for dinner.

Favourite holiday destination:
I love the sea and can sit on the beach for hours however nothing can beat a trip to my favourite city - New York.

Favourite movie:
City of Angels with Meg Ryan and Nicolas Cage.

Career highlight:
I had a highlight in every job I had – to summarise those will be - a leading role in 3 five star luxury hotels pre-openings, 1 boutique hotel rebranding and 1 luxury care home pre-opening. In my last job, the home I managed became one of the top 20 best homes in London based on families and residents feedback for 2 consecutive years.

Favourite meal to enjoy with Members:
This will definitely be an afternoon tea.

Favourite part of the job:
Making a difference not only in our Members and their families lives but also in our team members careers. I believe a good leader must inspire people and this has always been my personal goal.

Favourite activity to do with Members: 
I enjoy everything that makes people happy, seeing Members having fun is the best feeling and what makes the hard job of a manager all worth it at the end of the day.

Favourite part of the day:
Morning as I like to walk the building and wish a good morning to all Members and my team

What gets you out of bed in the morning:
The sense of accomplishment when I make a positive difference is the most rewarding experience I could think of and this feeling gets me out of bed every day

Good care to me is focusing care on the needs of individual, ensuring personal preferences, needs and values are respected.
