Building relationships with members and their families and friends. You form a unique bond that is truly rewarding. Whether it’s making a members morning coffee, or being there for a loved one during a tough moment.

Our Extraordinary Day programme. This year we had a private tour at Wimbledon which was amazing.
Favourite part of the day?
When I do my morning rounds and say hello to everyone, staff and members alike.
What does good care mean to you?
Going above and beyond to deliver truly person centred care. Valuing members individuality and basing their care around it, from the little things to the big things. Members can sense when you genuinely care about them and this makes the biggest difference.

Venezuela. It’s where I was born, and we have the best beaches.
