We were delighted to receive our Investors in People accreditation in July 2019, which acknowledges our commitment to our team, who we highly value. We are proud to have 80% of our staff members still working with us since we opened our first home 4 years ago.

Loveday & Co are passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning; we nurture and develop our team so they can progress in their careers. Our industry-leading staff retention rate is a true reflection of the working culture we have cultivated and we are very grateful to everything our staff members do for us, they are the essence of our home and we are humbled by their commitment, especially throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
