Loveday offer all types of care for seniors with age related conditions and all our team and properties cater for those living with dementia. We also offer Recover at Loveday which is our step-down care for any one recovering from any treatments that require rehabilitation and support through convalescence. We are proud to announce Loveday Kensington has received CQC’s Outstanding Overall rating on its very first Inspection, a rare achievement that speaks volumes about the exceptional care and service delivered by an organisation. Loveday offers residential, respite, day and home care, all based around our beautiful properties in Kensington and St John’s Wood, on Abbey Road.
Loveday is the first private members club for those with care needs, we support people not only in their health but with their lifestyles, enabling them to carry on enjoying life in the manner they always have.
Once a Member joins we tailor a care package that suits them, whether its residential care or a blend of home care and attending the day club.
We look after your patients journey to recovery, whether it be post-surgery recuperation or respite and wellbeing. Depending on your patients’ circumstances, they can stay for just a few nights or considerably longer. In addition to care, support, and physiotherapy we can tailor hospitality packages with a full concierge service to ensure patients enjoy their favourite entertainment, good wine and fine dining.

Annette has rich and varied experience in relationship management, spanning over 25 years. Possessing a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, Annette’s previous role was at the Fortius Clinic, a private orthopaedic hospital in central London working with consultants, GP’s physicians, physiotherapists and corporate clients.
Annette has extensive experience in managing European teams and coaching and mentoring to achieve positive results for her team members. She also previously ran her own successful business consultancy specialising in hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing and renewable energy.
With in-depth knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for providing excellent service and care. Annette thrives on meeting new people, developing relationships and building mutually beneficial partnerships.

Energetic and approachable, Akta is a qualified and experienced business development manager. She brings to Loveday a decade’s experience of working in healthcare, with a particular focus on sales and marketing. Before joining our team, Akta worked as head of business development and was previously a manager, team leader and GP liaison for a private hospital. Describing herself as a passionate and dedicated relationship-builder who clearly relishes the opportunity to work closely with medical professionals, Akta offers deep experience of working with both NHS and private GPs and referrers, with particular expertise within the private healthcare market. She views her impressive communication skills and her strong GP network as key assets in supporting the medical community based around Abbey Road and Notting Hill.
